Street Art Inspiring Connection and Compassion
During the heart of the pandemic, I was able to actually paint a mural. Actual theme: Hearts. At that time, the world was under strict mask mandates and quarantines. In many places, parks and anything outdoors was closed. Adhering to proper social distancing and sanitizing guidelines, I decided to open up the project to the community. Without specific permission, I quietly invited the public to come paint with me through my stories on social media, a grassroots effort. I wanted to share hope and love by giving people a chance to express themselves during a time when we literally held everything in.
It became contagious, so I continued to invite people to paint with me. The amazing thing about America is the right to choose. So I ask you, whatever you decide, you can Choose Love.
